This book by David B. Levine, MD, chronicles the 150-year history of Hospital for Special Surgery, from its founding during the Civil War to its current position as the No. 1 orthopedic hospital in the United States. Working with the author, I created the book jacket design and hard cover imprint for this book, published to celebrate the Hospital's sesquicentennial. In addition to the jacket design, I created artwork for the promotional campaign as well as point-of-sale graphics.
